At Medisave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new garments aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Medisave account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene seals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection through our portal.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
